Overview

China Telecom Global's Call Centre Solution provides number (DID/ITFS) access, routing transfer, IVR, and IVR for multinational enterprise customers with centralised incoming / outgoing calls (e.g. call centres, teleconference platforms, etc.) and international long-distance calls functions.

*The previous Global PBX product has been incorporated into the Call Centre Solution.
